Terms and conditions: Limit one challenge purchase per person. Participants must enter in their own name. Bookings essential. Excludes sauna. Not in conjunction with any other offer. Must be 18 years or older to participate. Fernwood Fusion studios are women’s only fitness centres. To be eligible for the national prize, participants must have purchased and participated fully in the Winter Wellness Challenge. There is one (1) $1000AUD gift card to be won. Each studio can submit two (2) nominees to go into the running to win the national prize. Eligible winners must meet any other specific studio terms and conditions.

Plant-Based Power Meal Plan + Recipes with a super food focus! Throughout the 4-weeks, you will receive 5 delicious recipes each day - for snacks, breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Participation Card and Food Log. Which will be a fun and interactive way for you to track your progress. Each class/activity will be worth a certain number of points. Getting the highest number of points in your class can win you prizes!
